This review is for a purchase of a playground from Play n Learn. 10/10 would recommend! Sarah was very helpful in answering all our questions and coordinating what we wanted for our yard. Our backyard is on a slope and they came out beforehand to measure and make adjustments to the equipment so everything would fit correctly. Installation was a breeze and they got everything set up in just a few hours.

We had an excellent experience purchasing our play set from Play N Learn Columbia. I stopped in one day to look at models in the warehouse and was assisted by Sarah. She was super helpful during the entire process and always answered my questions extremely quickly! We were unsure if a play set would fit in the space we wanted and Sarah arranged for a team to come out for a site inspection to physically check our space before we placed an order. They were able to make adjustments to the set so that it would fit properly on our backyard. Our installation team lead by Will also did an amazing job! We are extremely satisfied with our purchase and know we’ll be enjoying our play set for years to come!

I purchased a playground set with Ricky and Sarah’s help in 2022. The team was extremely enthusiastic and helped us choose the features that met our needs. The installation team was prompt and did a great job.

We did run into a warranty issue where we needed to replace a plank on our wood roof. Ricky helped us secure the part from the manufacturer at no charge. Overall, I highly recommend Play N Learn. We also decided to have our son’s next birthday party here as well!

Just got a trampoline from play n learn. The trampoline is the best, and wonderful for my 3 kids. So sturdy and well designed. Sarah at play n learn was wonderful in helping us. I even referred my sister to get one too!

I purchased an in-ground basketball goal with Ricky’s help over the summer. The entire process from start to finish was extremely easy and went exactly the way Ricky described. Everyone showed up on time as planned and communication throughout the process was flawless. This was a surprise gift for my husband’s birthday and I had no idea what to get, but Ricky helped with everything. We had purchased a play set from Play N Learn years ago and the process went smoothly for both purchases. If there’s ever a need for anything related in the future, we wouldn’t hesitate to work with Play N Learn again.

I highly recommend you check this store out if you’re looking for an outdoor playground or trampoline. They have everything set up so you can actually let your kids (or yourself) climb and play.

We ended up ordering a trampoline and it was installed about a week later. We worked with Rick Vincent. He seemed very knowledgeable when we asked questions and so ended up taking his recommendation and we love our trampoline so far.

The two installers that came out were great too. Are yard isn’t 100% level but the installers were able to get it installed and level. I highly recommend you check this place out if you’re looking for outdoor play equipment.

I bought a playground four years ago and it is still going great. I just had the team come and give it a power wash and refinish. I can’t believe how amazing it looks. When my partner told me how much it was going to be I thought, wow. I gotta say now though it is totally worth it! I can’t believe I put it off for a year kidding myself I would clean and refinish it. What a joke, I wouldn’t have done half the job these guys did. Thanks for a great product, and great services keeping it going strong for years to come.

We had the best experience with this company! From start to finish they were so wonderful to deal with! We looked at a lot of different company’s and we couldn’t be happier with the decision we made going with Play N’ Learn! We wanted to get a play set for our son for his birthday… we were shown every type of play set.. and were explained all the different options. They walked us through every step and made all the decisions so easy! We were very grateful for such amazing customer service! The play set came and we actually ended up being able to get it a little sooner than what was originally quoted which my son was extremely happy about! When the guys came out they were very nice.. I showed them where we wanted it and they had it up in no time! They did a fantastic job! We absolutely love our play set from here and it was worth every penny! Our son and our dog have played on it every single day since its been up… It is such great quality and it looks so great in the backyard as well! We purchased a playground here and had it installed today. After searching online for hours and reading different reviews or playgrounds from different companies, it was overwhelming so several friends recommended visiting the Rainbow showroom to actually see them.

Every part of the process was easy and what I was looking for. The salesman at the showroom was very knowledgeable and helpful at making recommendations so my child wouldn’t outgrow it too soon. We paid for installation and I received an email when I was told I would with the date and time of installation. They responded to emails quickly too and I got a reminder email the day before. This morning they arrived during the one hour window I was given and in 2 hours the playground was built and installed. I appreciated that halfway through, they called me to come check the location again to be sure I was happy with it before they dug the holes.
