Soft Landing Rubber Mulch

Child safety is important! Make your playground surface safe with our Soft Landing Rubber Mulch (SLRM). It’s an attractive and superior alternative to organic mulches. It does not absorb water like wood mulch. It dries more quickly after a rain and does not freeze in winter. Unlike wood, our rubber mulch does not rot, mildew, mold or decompose. Our SLRM is made from recycled tires and industrial rubber scraps. Sold in 40 lb. bags.

For safe borders, choose Soft Landing Rubber Timbers (SLRTs). Each is approximately 6 ft. long and 4 in. high. Our rubber timbers come with interlocking ends and a hole in the center to affix to the ground with a landscape spike. (Holes are countersunk so spikes are safely recessed.) Rounded tops reduce the risk of injury from falls. SLRTs help ensure safe outdoor play. They are a superior choice to railroad ties or treated lumber.
